As an example, PGAdvisors recently served as strategic counsel and project coordinator for the largest cross-border Mexican bank acquisition in the United States, and the simultaneous cross-border acquisition of a 41-state money transmitter, both of which successfully closed. This included the orchestration of professional services from four law firms in three countries; three public relations companies and the external affairs operations of three financial services companies; and all substantive interactions with the government regulators in two countries.
